- High school diploma required
- flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
- able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Serve Safe certification
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- stand for up to four hours
- effective verbal communication skills
- capability to manage conflicts and adapt to dynamic environment
- willingness to undergo paid 8 or more weeks of leadership training
