Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
  • Serve Safe certification
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand for up to four hours
  • Effective verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations

Job Qualifications

  • Proven leadership or management experience preferred
  • Serve Safe certification or equivalent food safety knowledge

Job Duties

  • Manage daily store operations to achieve financial goals
  • Hire, train, and manage store associates
  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences and customer service
  • Oversee food safety and quality control
  • Conduct store leadership training and development
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and health regulations
  • Address and resolve operational challenges and conflicts
