Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
- Serve Safe certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for up to four hours
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations
Job Qualifications

- Manage daily store operations to achieve financial goals
- Hire, train, and manage store associates
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences and customer service

- Address and resolve operational challenges and conflicts
