Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in management or supervisory role preferred
  • Ability to work full-time hours
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Effective communication abilities
  • Ability to train and develop team members

Job Duties

  • Successfully open and stabilize store to reach annual net sales goals
  • Manage store-level prime costs
  • Achieve store-level speed of service goals while maintaining high level of customer service
  • Handle all areas of hiring and scheduling
  • Train baristas to provide excellent customer experience
  • Complete managerial paperwork tasks
  • Maintain a clean and efficiently operating store
