Job Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Flexibility to work within a 50-mile radius of the store location
  • Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends
  • Serve Safe certified or willing to obtain certification
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Strong verbal communication and conflict resolution skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food service or retail management preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • Serve Safe certification or food safety knowledge
  • Proficient in basic financial and operational management

Job Duties

  • Manage overall store operations including hiring and staff management
  • Achieve financial goals by analyzing sales and controlling costs
  • Ensure delivery of exceptional guest service and maintain quality standards
  • Implement store policies and procedures effectively
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the store team
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage supply orders
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
