Job Requirements
- high school diploma required
- flex to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
- able to work a flexible schedule including seven days a week
- Serve Safe certified
- must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- stand for long periods
- effective verbal communication skills
- ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in retail or foodservice management preferred
- strong leadership and team management skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- knowledge of food safety standards and certifications
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- basic math and financial acumen
Job Duties
- manage store operations to achieve financial goals
- hire, train and direct associates
- ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences
- maintain food safety standards and Serve Safe certification
- conduct staff scheduling and labor management
- monitor inventory and ordering supplies
- resolve customer complaints and handle difficult situations effectively
