Job Requirements
- High school diploma required
- flexibility to work at locations within a 50-mile radius
- ability to work weekends and flexible schedules
- physically able to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to stand for long periods
- effective verbal communication skills
- ability to work in hot and noisy environments
- must be able to adapt to changing priorities
- Serve Safe certification required
Job Qualifications

- previous management or supervisory experience preferred
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- experience in food service or retail management beneficial
Job Duties
- Oversee daily store operations including staffing and inventory
- hire, train, and manage associates to meet store goals
- ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences
- manage financial objectives and budgets
- monitor food safety and maintain cleanliness standards
- address customer concerns and resolve issues
- participate in ongoing store leadership training
