Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • minimum one year retail or food service experience
  • willingness to work varied shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds
  • ability to stand and walk for 8 hours a day
  • ability to work in cooler temperatures
  • own transportation to deliver bank deposits if applicable

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • minimum one year of retail or food service experience
  • preferred one year in retail, guest service or restaurant leadership role
  • ServSafe or food safety certification is a plus but not mandatory
  • comfortable talking and interacting with guests and team members
  • high energy
  • ability to move quickly between tasks
  • team oriented and willing to help others
  • basic computer skills

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with a warm welcome and a smile
  • assist store manager with building and developing a strong store team, including training, scheduling, and coaching team members
  • act as a leader within the team by setting clear and measurable goals, holding self and others accountable, and communicating frequently and effectively
  • monitor product levels on the sales floor, rotating stock and keeping product levels full
  • oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety programs in locations that offer hot food
  • maintain overall appearance and cleanliness of both interior and exterior of the store, delegating and completing tasks as necessary
  • operate the cash register efficiently
