Job Requirements

  • 3 years of relevant experience
  • ability to work a rotating 3 week schedule

Job Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of retail store management experience
  • associates degree or some college preferred

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily operations of food service, grocery market, and fountain sales
  • monitor inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness
  • implement and enforce store policies and practices
  • teach, coach, and provide leadership to store crew members
  • ensure unit goals are achieved
  • promote an enhanced customer-centric culture with consistent guest service and food quality
