Job Requirements

  • must be at least 21 years old
  • must have valid driver license
  • 3 years of relevant management experience
  • ability to adapt to customer and employee needs as well as store environment conditions
  • follow-up and follow through discipline
  • initiate action and achieve goals
  • organized and able to follow practices and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of running, managing and leading a retail store unit
  • associates degree or some college preferred
  • customer focus
  • strong work ethic with high standard for integrity
  • positive approach to training, developing and interacting with all levels of the store team
  • ability to build a successful team by fostering an environment of trust
  • effective communication with leadership team members
  • ability to identify the most effective team alignment to enhance performance
  • organized and detail oriented
  • ability to review, understand and analyze reporting results

Job Duties

  • oversee the daily operations of food service, grocery market and fountain sales
  • monitor inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness
  • ensure store policies and practices are implemented and followed
  • teach, coach and provide leadership to store crew members
  • ensure unit goals are achieved
  • provide an enhanced customer-centric culture with consistent guest service and food quality
