Job Requirements
- must be at least 21 years old
- must have valid driver license
- 3 years of relevant management experience
- ability to adapt to customer and employee needs as well as store environment conditions
- follow-up and follow through discipline
- initiate action and achieve goals
- organized and able to follow practices and procedures
Job Qualifications
- 3-5 years of running, managing and leading a retail store unit
- associates degree or some college preferred
- customer focus
- strong work ethic with high standard for integrity
- positive approach to training, developing and interacting with all levels of the store team
- ability to build a successful team by fostering an environment of trust
- effective communication with leadership team members
- ability to identify the most effective team alignment to enhance performance
- organized and detail oriented
- ability to review, understand and analyze reporting results
Job Duties
- oversee the daily operations of food service, grocery market and fountain sales
- monitor inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness
- ensure store policies and practices are implemented and followed
- teach, coach and provide leadership to store crew members
- ensure unit goals are achieved
- provide an enhanced customer-centric culture with consistent guest service and food quality
