Job Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in grocery, specialty food industry, or big box retail
  • Demonstrated expertise in P&L management, revenue growth, inventory control, and shrink reduction
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail technologies
  • Proven leadership ability
  • Strategic thinker with problem-solving skills
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills

Job Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of experience in grocery, specialty food industry, or big box retail with significant store management experience
  • Proven expertise in P&L management, revenue growth, inventory control, and shrink reduction
  • Strong analytical skills in reviewing financial reports and tracking KPIs
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail technology systems
  • Proven leadership ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong writing, reporting, and presentation skills

Job Duties

  • Lead, mentor, and develop store staff to achieve departmental and company goals
  • Engage directly with customers, providing product knowledge and exceptional service
  • Oversee day-to-day store operations including merchandising, staffing, workflow, and store standards
  • Own the store P&L, ensuring profitability through effective management of revenue, expenses, labor, and costs
  • Drive revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies, promotions, and customer engagement plans
  • Manage shrink and waste, minimizing product loss while maintaining quality and safety standards
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels, oversee ordering, deliveries, and replenishment
  • Ensure attractive product displays and strategic store layouts
  • Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Analyze key metrics including sales, labor, shrink, and inventory performance
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support overall initiatives
