Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Previous general manager experience managing high-volume locations
- Background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail strongly desired
- Ability to lead and develop a team effectively
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Availability to work flexible hours
- Commitment to maintaining McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant by meeting financial goals and budgets
- Ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Lead and support a team of Department Managers to set goals, track progress, and improve departmental performance
- Hire, train, and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Provide coaching, feedback, and direction to staff to enhance team performance and customer experience
- Collaborate with leadership to create strategic plans for achieving restaurant objectives
