Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Previous general manager experience managing high-volume locations
  • Background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail strongly desired
  • Ability to lead and develop a team effectively
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours
  • Commitment to maintaining McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness

Job Qualifications

  • Previous general manager experience running high-volume locations
  • Strong background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to set goals and develop effective operational plans
  • Excellent communication and coaching abilities
  • Understanding of financial management and budgeting
  • At least 18 years of age or older

Job Duties

  • Run a profitable restaurant by meeting financial goals and budgets
  • Ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Lead and support a team of Department Managers to set goals, track progress, and improve departmental performance
  • Hire, train, and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and direction to staff to enhance team performance and customer experience
  • Collaborate with leadership to create strategic plans for achieving restaurant objectives
