Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must have valid driver license
- Minimum of three years of experience in retail store management
- Ability to work a rotating schedule with approximately 45 hours per week
- Strong work ethic with high standard for integrity
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and leadership
- Ability to follow practices and procedures
- Ability to initiate action and achieve goals
- Ability to review, understand and analyze reporting results
Job Qualifications
- Three to five years of running, managing and leading a retail store unit
- Associates degree or some college preferred
- Ability to analyze reporting results
- Effective communication with leadership team members
- Positive approach to training and developing staff
- Strong customer focus
- Ability to build and lead a successful team
- Organized and detail oriented
Job Duties
- Oversees the daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales
- Monitors inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed
- Ensures that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly
- Teaching, coaching and providing leadership to the store crew members and ensures that unit goals are achieved
- Provide an enhanced customer-centric culture that includes consistent guest service and food quality
