Job Requirements

  • Legal documentation establishing identity and employment eligibility
  • ability to work full time including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays
  • capacity to work in excess of 40 hours per week
  • willingness to engage in a variable schedule

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • 3 years retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US Military service
  • strong leadership and coaching skills
  • entrepreneurial mindset with sales environment experience
  • excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • professional maturity and problem-solving abilities

Job Duties

  • Lead store operations to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • coach and mentor team partners promoting professional growth
  • manage inventory and supply levels efficiently
  • develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction
  • ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards
  • handle administrative tasks including scheduling and budgeting
  • foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for both customers and staff
