Job Requirements

  • Legal documentation to work in the country
  • Ability to work full time with variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Commitment to more than 40 hours per week as needed

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • 3 years retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years US Military service
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Entrepreneurial mentality with sales experience
  • Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities
  • Professional maturity in team coaching

Job Duties

  • Lead a team to deliver excellent customer service
  • Manage daily store operations including sales and inventory
  • Coach and mentor team members with professional maturity

  • Implement company policies and procedures
  • Drive sales through effective team leadership and customer engagement
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
