Job Requirements

  • legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the country of employment
  • ability to work full-time including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • willingness to work more than 40 hours per week as needed

Job Qualifications

  • minimum high school diploma or GED
  • 3 years of retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US Military service
  • strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • proven problem-solving abilities
  • entrepreneurial mindset with experience in sales-driven environments
  • excellent leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor teams with professionalism

Job Duties

  • lead and mentor store teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and quality
  • develop and implement sales strategies focused on growth and customer engagement
  • maintain high standards of product quality, store cleanliness, and safety
  • recruit, train, and support team members to foster professional development
  • collaborate with local community initiatives to enhance store presence and partnerships
