Job Requirements
- legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the country of employment
- ability to work full-time including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- willingness to work more than 40 hours per week as needed
Job Qualifications
- minimum high school diploma or GED
- 3 years of retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US Military service
- strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- proven problem-solving abilities
- entrepreneurial mindset with experience in sales-driven environments
- excellent leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor teams with professionalism
Job Duties
- lead and mentor store teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and quality
- develop and implement sales strategies focused on growth and customer engagement
- maintain high standards of product quality, store cleanliness, and safety
- recruit, train, and support team members to foster professional development
- collaborate with local community initiatives to enhance store presence and partnerships
