Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • must have a valid driver license
  • 3 years of experience in a general manager or similar supervisory role
  • ability to work 45 hours per week on a rotating 3 week schedule
  • excellent communication and organizational skills
  • ability to follow company policies and procedures
  • ability to lead a diverse team
  • willingness to undergo a criminal background check and job-fit assessment

Job Qualifications

  • Associates degree or some college preferred
  • 3-5 years of running, managing, and leading a retail store unit
  • strong leadership and team-building skills
  • ability to communicate effectively with leadership team members

Job Duties

  • Oversees the daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales
  • monitors inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness as needed
  • ensures that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly
  • teaches, coaches, and provides leadership to the store crew members and ensures that unit goals are achieved
  • provides an enhanced customer-centric culture that includes consistent guest service and food quality
  • manages scheduling and work assignments for team members
  • maintains a safe and sanitary work environment
