Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- must have a valid driver license
- 3 years of experience in a general manager or similar supervisory role
- ability to work 45 hours per week on a rotating 3 week schedule
- excellent communication and organizational skills
- ability to follow company policies and procedures
- ability to lead a diverse team
- willingness to undergo a criminal background check and job-fit assessment
Job Qualifications
- Associates degree or some college preferred
- 3-5 years of running, managing, and leading a retail store unit

Job Duties
- Oversees the daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales
- monitors inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness as needed
- ensures that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly
- teaches, coaches, and provides leadership to the store crew members and ensures that unit goals are achieved
- provides an enhanced customer-centric culture that includes consistent guest service and food quality
- manages scheduling and work assignments for team members
- maintains a safe and sanitary work environment
