Job Requirements
- Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work legally in the country
- Ability to work full time exceeding 40 hours per week with variable schedule demands including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US Military service
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales-focused environment
- Proven leadership abilities with the capacity to coach and mentor team partners professionally
- Minimum High School diploma or GED
- Ability to work full time including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Lead and mentor a team to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction
- Manage store performance in sales, service, and quality standards
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory, staffing, and compliance
- Foster a positive workplace culture emphasizing inclusion and respect
- Coach and develop team partners to grow their skills and careers
- Ensure safety protocols and company policies are rigorously followed
- Drive community engagement initiatives that enhance the store’s role locally
