Job Requirements
- Four plus years experience in management capacity in hospitality or food and beverage
- Managed and developed 10 plus team members per shift
- Food Safety and Planning Food Safety Certification required or ability to obtain within first 90 days of employment
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of P&L, COGS, budgeting, labor scheduling, training and team development
- Experience with off site catering is a plus
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks while maintaining operation standards
- Excellent communication skills
- Coachable and open to feedback
- Ability to coach in a positive and fair manner
- Accepts accountability for job performance
- Self-starter with initiative and big picture thinking
- Hospitality and guest service oriented

Job Qualifications
- Minimum four years of management experience in hospitality or food and beverage
- Experience managing and developing teams of 10 or more
- Knowledge of food safety practices and ability to obtain ServSafe Manager's Certification within 90 days
- Strong financial management skills including P&L, budgeting, labor cost control
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
- Experience with catering and off-site food service a plus
- Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor team members positively
- Service-oriented with a passion for guest experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Self-motivated with a positive and ethical work attitude
Job Duties
- Oversee all store operations including FOH and BOH
- Advocate for and support team members
- Drive business KPIs such as P&L results, guest satisfaction, sales growth, delivery, and catering
- Ensure product quality and cleanliness standards are met
- Lead and develop management and team members through training and performance reviews
- Manage scheduling, inventory, ordering, and labor budgets
- Handle guest interactions and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience
