Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience managing a retail or food service team
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Basic math skills for managing sales and expenses
  • Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment
  • Ability to handle customer complaints professionally

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage store team members including scheduling coaching and performance evaluations
  • Enforce store policies health and safety standards and operational procedures
  • Support and coach staff to achieve excellence in beverage preparation customer service and operational tasks
  • Ensure consistent enforcement of performance standards and barista techniques
  • Monitor and uphold high standards of performance and presentation across all shifts
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
  • Monitor sales expenses and operational metrics implementing improvements as needed
  • Promote a positive team-oriented culture rooted in respect accountability and excellence
  • Support training initiatives and ensure team adherence to brand standards
