Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience managing a retail or food service team
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic math skills for managing sales and expenses
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Ability to handle customer complaints professionally

Job Duties
- Lead and manage store team members including scheduling coaching and performance evaluations
- Enforce store policies health and safety standards and operational procedures
- Support and coach staff to achieve excellence in beverage preparation customer service and operational tasks
- Ensure consistent enforcement of performance standards and barista techniques
- Monitor and uphold high standards of performance and presentation across all shifts
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
- Monitor sales expenses and operational metrics implementing improvements as needed
- Promote a positive team-oriented culture rooted in respect accountability and excellence
- Support training initiatives and ensure team adherence to brand standards
