Job Qualifications
- specialized experience equivalent to GS-7 for GS-9 level

- master’s or equivalent degree in business administration, public administration, agricultural economics (food industry management), or related fields
- graduate level education for relevant major
- ability to lift and handle products up to 40 pounds unassisted
- standing, stooping, kneeling, bending, and climbing capabilities
- knowledge of retail procurement and distribution methods
- experience in retail food merchandising and store management
Job Duties
- Plan and oversee daily commissary store operations
- manage procurement and inventory control processes
- supervise and train store staff
- develop and apply policies and procedures
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- provide technical advice on merchandising and retail operations
- coordinate front-end and grocery, meats, and produce supplies management
