Job Requirements
- Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the country of application
- Ability to work full time including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Commitment to exceeding 40 hours weekly as required

- Ability to lead a diverse team and create positive work experiences
Job Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- 3 years retail or customer service management experience or 4 plus years of US Military service
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
- Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales-focused environment
- Professional maturity and effective communication skills
Job Duties
- Lead and mentor team partners to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence
- Manage daily coffeehouse operations including staff scheduling, inventory, and quality control
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment that promotes community engagement
- Implement sales and marketing initiatives to achieve business goals
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
- Train new team members and support their development and growth
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies
