Job Requirements
- legal documentation proving identity and employment eligibility
- ability to work full-time including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- willingness to work in excess of 40 hours per week as needed
Job Qualifications
- minimum high school diploma or GED
- 3 years of retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of U.S. Military service
- strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- entrepreneurial mentality with sales experience
- proven leadership and coaching abilities
- professional maturity to handle diverse team dynamics
