- 3-5 years experience in luxury retail store management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizer and problem solver with strong management skills
- Proven strong selling skills
- Strong interpersonal skills for confident communication
- Experience in fast-paced retail environment
- Strong people and managerial skills
- Knowledge of luxury skincare, fragrance and cosmetics industry
- Preferred experience with Microsoft software and POS systems

Job Duties
- Hire, train and develop the store team
- Achieve and exceed store sales goals
- Analyze sales data daily and develop strategies to improve team performance
- Provide guidance and tools for unique clienteling approaches
- Manage scheduling to ensure adequate coverage
- Maintain store visual and merchandising standards
- Collaborate with marketing and community organizations to execute events and maximize social media presence
