  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in business or related discipline
  • 3-5 years experience in luxury retail store management
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizer and problem solver with strong management skills
  • Proven strong selling skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills for confident communication
  • Experience in fast-paced retail environment
  • Strong people and managerial skills
  • Knowledge of luxury skincare, fragrance and cosmetics industry
  • Preferred experience with Microsoft software and POS systems

Job Duties

  • Hire, train and develop the store team
  • Achieve and exceed store sales goals
  • Analyze sales data daily and develop strategies to improve team performance
  • Provide guidance and tools for unique clienteling approaches
  • Manage scheduling to ensure adequate coverage
  • Maintain store visual and merchandising standards
  • Collaborate with marketing and community organizations to execute events and maximize social media presence
