Job Duties
- Successfully open and stabilize store to reach annual net sales goals
- Manage store-level prime costs
- Achieve store-level speed of service goals while maintaining high level of customer service
- Hire, schedule, and train barista staff
- Complete managerial paperwork and maintain operational efficiency
- Lead and develop a service-oriented barista team
- Ensure store cleanliness and compliance with health and safety standards
