Job Requirements

  • Legal authorization to work in the country of application
  • Ability to work full time including more than 40 hours per week
  • Availability to work variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
  • Commitment to Starbucks mission and values
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • At least 3 years of retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US Military service
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with sales experience
  • Proven leadership abilities with coaching and mentoring skills

Job Duties

  • Lead and coach team partners to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Manage daily store operations ensuring adherence to Starbucks standards
  • Oversee inventory and ordering to maintain product availability
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
  • Implement sales strategies to achieve store performance goals
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
  • Support team development through training and mentoring
