Job Requirements
- Legal authorization to work in the country of application
- Ability to work full time including more than 40 hours per week
- Availability to work variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays

Job Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- At least 3 years of retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US Military service
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with sales experience
- Proven leadership abilities with coaching and mentoring skills
Job Duties
- Lead and coach team partners to deliver exceptional customer service
- Manage daily store operations ensuring adherence to Starbucks standards
- Oversee inventory and ordering to maintain product availability
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
- Implement sales strategies to achieve store performance goals
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Support team development through training and mentoring
