Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail manager, restaurant manager, or hospitality leadership experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills in written, verbal, and interpersonal forms
- Sales skills and proven ability to meet retail targets
- Visual merchandising experience is a plus
- Flexibility in scheduling including weekends, nights, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally

Job Duties
- Lead, coach, mentor, and develop team members to drive sales and enhance customer service
- Ensure high-quality visual merchandising and store layout to provide an exceptional customer experience
- Manage recruitment, hiring, training, and retention of store employees
- Oversee store systems including inventory management, scheduling, and daily operations
- Drive revenue growth through sales management strategies and performance expectations
- Resolve in-store issues promptly to maintain smooth operations
- Maintain store organization, product displays, and restock shelves as needed
