Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum three years leadership or management experience in quick-service, retail, or hospitality
  • Ability to train in Omaha, NE and work offsite for one week as needed
  • Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Ability to safely lift up to 40 lbs
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and influence a team
  • Experience managing labor and inventory with demonstrated sales improvement

Job Duties

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience by maintaining proper staffing levels and coaching beverage craftsmanship
  • Maintain a clean, inviting, and safe store environment following brand standards
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard positive and reliable team members
  • Provide continuous coaching, feedback, and development tailored to individual strengths
  • Use progressive discipline appropriately in partnership with HR or Field Brand Consultants
  • Create depth on the team through cross-training and leadership development
  • Set and monitor team performance metrics aligned with company goals
  • Identify sales-building opportunities including upselling and improving speed of service
  • Manage labor and inventory to achieve targeted cost controls
  • Oversee cash handling, POS operations, safety, and financial reporting
  • Maintain accountability for daily store operations and overall performance
  • Build weekly schedules balancing labor needs, peak traffic, and talent development
  • Safely handle merchandise and equipment lifting up to 40 lbs
  • Complete required training modules and ensure team compliance
