Job Requirements
- Ability to train in Omaha, NE and work offsite for one week as needed

Job Duties
- Ensure consistent high-quality service by maintaining proper staffing levels
- coach beverage craftsmanship and reinforce guest experience expectations
- maintain a clean, inviting, and safe store environment
- recruit, hire, and onboard team members
- provide continuous coaching, feedback, and development
- use progressive discipline in partnership with HR when needed
- create depth on the team through cross-training and cultivating leadership talent
- set and monitor team performance metrics
- identify sales-building opportunities
- manage labor and inventory to control costs
- oversee cash handling, POS operations, safety procedures, and financial reporting
- maintain accountability for daily operations and store performance
- build weekly schedules balancing labor with peak demands
- safely handle merchandise and equipment lifting up to 40 lbs
- complete required training modules and ensure team compliance
