Job Requirements

  • Ability to train in Omaha, NE and work offsite for one week as needed

Job Duties

  • Ensure consistent high-quality service by maintaining proper staffing levels
  • coach beverage craftsmanship and reinforce guest experience expectations
  • maintain a clean, inviting, and safe store environment
  • recruit, hire, and onboard team members
  • provide continuous coaching, feedback, and development
  • use progressive discipline in partnership with HR when needed
  • create depth on the team through cross-training and cultivating leadership talent
  • set and monitor team performance metrics
  • identify sales-building opportunities
  • manage labor and inventory to control costs
  • oversee cash handling, POS operations, safety procedures, and financial reporting
  • maintain accountability for daily operations and store performance
  • build weekly schedules balancing labor with peak demands
  • safely handle merchandise and equipment lifting up to 40 lbs
  • complete required training modules and ensure team compliance
