Job Requirements

  • Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country of application
  • Ability to work full time including variable shifts such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Availability to regularly work in excess of 40 hours per week
  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • Willingness to comply with company policies and legal regulations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to manage operational and sales responsibilities

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 3 years retail or customer service management experience or 4 plus years of US military service
  • Demonstrated strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in a sales-focused environment
  • Proven leadership ability with capacity to coach and mentor
  • Professional maturity and strong problem-solving skills
  • Entrepreneurial mentality

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and quality
  • Coach and mentor team partners to promote professional growth and high performance
  • Maintain strong organizational and problem-solving processes to address operational challenges
  • Drive sales growth by implementing effective strategies and fostering an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Foster a welcoming and inclusive store environment that promotes connection and community
