Job Requirements
- legal documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country in which you apply
- ability to work full time including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- willingness to work in excess of 40 hours per week as required

Job Qualifications
- minimum high school diploma or ged
- three years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of us military service
- strong organizational skills
- excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- entrepreneurial mentality with sales experience
- proven leadership abilities with coaching and mentoring experience
- professional maturity and effective communication skills
Job Duties
- lead and manage a team focused on delivering exceptional customer service

- coach and mentor team partners to promote professional growth and development
- oversee daily coffeehouse operations including sales and inventory management
- implement company policies and procedures to uphold brand standards
