Job Requirements

  • 5 years of retail/management experience
  • Completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program
  • Computer literacy/proficiency in store operation applications
  • Valid state driver’s license and good driving record
  • Ability to drive company vehicles

Job Duties

  • Set daily and weekly sales goals
  • Oversee coworkers' sales activities and approve rental agreements
  • Monitor sales results for revenue and growth
  • Oversee and direct collection activities and approve customer commitments
  • Provide leadership and training to ensure compliance with collection procedures
  • Manage store resources to achieve profit goals
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and protect company assets through expense management
  • Oversee inventory, product ordering, pricing, cash handling, and store security
  • Resolve customer complaints and operational issues promptly
  • Provide training and development for all coworkers
  • Schedule and organize daily activities and set goals
  • Recruit, hire, and manage staff
  • Maximize coworker retention and reduce turnover
  • Train staff for exceptional customer service
