Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must have a valid driver's license
- 3 years of experience in store management
- Ability to adapt to customer and employee needs
- Strong work ethic with high integrity standards
- Ability to initiate action and achieve goals
- Ability to follow practices and procedures
- Willingness to undergo a criminal background check and job-fit assessment
Job Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience running, managing, and leading a retail store unit
- Associate's degree or some college preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with leadership team members
- Positive approach to training, developing, and interacting with all store team levels
- Ability to build a successful team by creating an environment of trust
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Strong analytical skills to review and understand reporting results
Job Duties
- Oversee the daily operations of the food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales
- Monitor inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness
- Ensure store policies and practices are implemented and followed
- Teach, coach, and provide leadership to store crew members
- Ensure that unit goals are achieved
- Provide an enhanced customer-centric culture including consistent guest service and food quality
