Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • 3 years of experience in store management
  • Ability to adapt to customer and employee needs
  • Strong work ethic with high integrity standards

Job Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience running, managing, and leading a retail store unit
  • Associate's degree or some college preferred

  • Strong analytical skills to review and understand reporting results

Job Duties

  • Oversee the daily operations of the food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales
  • Monitor inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness
  • Ensure store policies and practices are implemented and followed
  • Teach, coach, and provide leadership to store crew members
  • Ensure that unit goals are achieved
  • Provide an enhanced customer-centric culture including consistent guest service and food quality
