Job Requirements
- legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the country

Job Qualifications
- minimum high school diploma or GED
- 3 years retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US military service

- proven leadership and coaching abilities with professional maturity
Job Duties
- lead and mentor a team of baristas and store partners to deliver outstanding customer service
- manage daily store operations ensuring high standards of quality and cleanliness
- develop and execute sales strategies to meet business goals
- foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
- handle scheduling, inventory, and shift management
- resolve customer inquiries and issues effectively
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
