Job Requirements

  • Legal documentation verifying identity and eligibility to work
  • availability to work full time, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
  • willingness to work in excess of 40 hours per week as required

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • 3 years of retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US Military service
  • strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • entrepreneurial mindset with sales-focused experience
  • leadership ability with professional maturity to coach and mentor others

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the coffeehouse
  • coach and mentor team partners to deliver exceptional customer service
  • maintain high standards for product quality and store cleanliness
  • develop and organize team schedules and workflow
  • drive sales and ensure achievement of financial targets
  • resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
  • foster a welcoming and inclusive team culture
