Job Duties
- Lead a growth-oriented sales culture to achieve store business performance results
- Ensure exceptional customer experiences through the application of the Five Below service model
- Anticipate the needs of the customer and create an amazing store environment
- Lead execution and maintenance of merchandising and operational standards ensuring consistency with brand standards
- Hire and engage talented employees for the right roles at the right time
- Foster a culture that values inclusion, diversity, and connection among associates
- Provide training, coaching, and consistent feedback to inspire accountability
- Partner with District Manager and Human Resources on employee relations, coaching, and performance documentation
- Analyze business results and leverage metrics to drive direct reports performance
- Manage payroll budgets and crew schedules balancing financial responsibility with customer expectations
- Ensure compliance with financial management controls, receive and stock merchandise properly
- Conduct physical inventory and maintain data integrity
- Perform store maintenance and ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Review corporate communications, prioritize plans, and execute assigned duties
