Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate multiple events including children’s birthday parties and craft classes
- engage with clients of all ages to create a fun and creative environment
- demonstrate and instruct party participants in craft projects and activities
- facilitate party add-ons such as goody bags and balloons
- communicate events with clients and store team
- complete administrative tasks including emails, calls, and paperwork
- adjust event plans based on client feedback
- create backup plans
- ensure client satisfaction
- uphold cleanliness and safety standards
- set up and break down events
- help customers shop and locate products
- provide fast and friendly checkout
- promote Rewards and credit card programs
- assist with Omni-channel processes
- participate in truck unload, stocking, and merchandise recovery
- support store safety and shrink programs
- perform daily store cleanliness
- cross train in custom framing selling and production
- other duties as assigned
