Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in retail or customer service
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and early mornings
- Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy boxes, and access high shelves
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks and provide excellent customer service
- Must be able to engage with customers of all ages and maintain a positive attitude
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines

- Experience working with children and children’s events
- Retail or customer service experience
- Excellent people skills
- Strong communication skills including written, verbal, nonverbal, and listening

Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate multiple events including children’s birthday parties and craft classes
- Engage with clients of all ages by creating a fun and creative environment
- Demonstrate and instruct participants in craft projects and activities
- Facilitate party add-ons such as goody bags and balloons to company standards
- Communicate event details with clients and team members
- Complete administrative tasks including emails, calls, and paperwork
- Ensure client satisfaction and uphold cleanliness and safety standards
- Provide friendly customer assistance in shopping and checkout
- Promote rewards programs and assist with credit card enrollments
- Support omni-channel processes like BOPIS and SFS
- Participate in truck unload, stocking, merchandise recovery, and planogram tasks
- Adhere to company policies and safety programs
- Maintain store cleanliness including restrooms
- Cross-train in custom framing selling and production
