Job Requirements
- Ability to remain standing for long periods

- ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves using ladders or similar equipment

Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate multiple events including children's birthday parties and craft classes
- engage with clients of all ages creating an environment of fun and creativity
- demonstrate and instruct craft projects and activities such as face painting
- facilitate and implement party add-ons like goody bags and balloons
- communicate event details with clients and store teams
- complete event-related administrative tasks including emails and phone calls
- adjust and create backup plans based on client feedback
- ensure client satisfaction for events
- maintain cleanliness and safety standards before and after events
- assist customers in shopping and locating products
- provide fast and friendly checkout
- promote Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards
- educate customers about Voice of Customer survey
- assist with omnichannel processes like BOPIS and Ship From Store
- unload trucks and stock merchandise
- maintain store recovery and perform Store in Stock Optimization
- support shrink and safety programs
- adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and company policies
- maintain positive interactions and project company values
- cross-train in Custom Framing
- participate in daily store cleaning activities
