Job Requirements
- Ability to remain standing for long periods
- Ability to move throughout the store
- Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching
- Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves using ladders or equipment
- Must satisfy federal, state, and local legal requirements
- Public retail store experience in a climate-controlled environment
- Must comply with safety and cleanliness standards
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and early mornings
- Ability to perform physical tasks required in retail and event settings

Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate multiple events at once including children’s birthday parties and other craft classes or events
- Engage with clients of all ages by creating an environment of fun and creativity
- Demonstrate and instruct party participants in craft projects and perform face painting
- Facilitate and implement party add-ons such as goody bags and balloons to company standards
- Communicate events with clients and team members and complete administrative tasks
- Adjust plans and create backup or emergency plans based on client feedback
- Ensure client satisfaction, uphold cleanliness and safety standards, and set up and clean up events
- Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
- Provide fast and friendly checkout experience
- Promote Rewards program and credit card enrollments
- Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS) processes
- Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes
- Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance
- Perform Store in Stock Optimization (SISO) and ad set duties
- Support shrink and safety programs
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and company policies
- Interact respectfully with guests and colleagues
- Cross train in custom framing selling and production
- Participate in daily store cleanliness activities
