Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in event coordination or customer service
- Ability to handle stress and interact effectively with guests of all ages
- Ability to remain standing for long periods
- Ability to lift, bend, carry, reach, and use ladders
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work weekends, nights, and early mornings
- Must comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements
- Must be able to perform physical tasks required by retail operations

Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate multiple events including children’s birthday parties and craft classes
- Engage clients by creating an environment of fun and creativity
- Demonstrate and instruct party participants on craft projects and activities
- Facilitate party add-ons such as goody bags and balloons
- Communicate event details with clients and team members
- Complete administrative tasks including emails, phone calls, and paperwork
- Adjust events based on client feedback and create backup plans
- Ensure client satisfaction and uphold cleanliness and safety standards
- Help customers shop and locate products
- Provide fast and friendly checkout experience
- Promote Rewards program and credit card enrollments
- Assist with Omni channel processes including BOPIS and Ship From Store
- Participate in inventory and merchandise recovery
- Support shrink and safety programs
- Adhere to company policies and standards
- Maintain store cleanliness and participate in daily cleaning activities
- Cross trained in custom framing
