Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- retail or customer service experience required
- ability to remain standing for long periods
- ability to lift heavy boxes and use ladders
- good communication skills
- ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests of all ages and coworkers
- organizational and multitasking abilities
- availability to work nights, weekends, and early mornings
- must satisfy federal, state, and local legal requirements

Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate multiple events including children’s birthday parties and craft classes
- engage with clients of all ages to create fun and creative environments
- demonstrate and instruct craft projects and activities such as face painting
- facilitate party add-ons like goody bags and balloons
- communicate event details with clients and store team members
- complete administrative tasks including emails, phone calls, and paperwork
- adjust event plans based on client feedback
- create backup or emergency plans
- ensure client satisfaction for scheduled events
- uphold cleanliness and safety standards by setting up and breaking down events
- help customers shop and locate products
- provide fast and friendly checkout experience
- educate customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards
- assist with online order processes including BOPIS and Ship From Store
- participate in truck unload, stocking, and merchandise recovery
- perform Store in Stock Optimization tasks
- support shrink and safety programs
- comply with Standard Operating Procedures and company policies
- project a positive image and serve as a team role model
- cross-train in Custom Framing
- participate in daily store cleanliness activities
- perform other duties as assigned
