Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to remain standing for long periods
- Ability to move throughout the store
- Ability to bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch regularly
- Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves with ladder or similar equipment
- Public retail store work environment including nights, weekends, and early mornings
- Ability to use standard commercial cleaners and chemicals safely
- Must satisfy federal, state, and local legal requirements for employment in the U.S.

Job Duties
- Collect and dispose of trash following approved procedures
- Dust and damp mop floors following approved procedures
- Move equipment and products for proper cleaning and place products back in correct placement
- Clean assigned areas using assigned materials and equipment
- Deep clean key areas such as bathrooms, breakrooms, entryways, and high traffic zones
- Keep cleaning equipment neat and notify supervisor of supply needs
- Take initiative to identify and clean areas requiring attention
- Complete all tasks assigned by supervisor
- Perform tasks in accordance with federal, state, and county guidelines
- Maintain positive and respectful interactions with team members and customers
- Project a positive image and serve as a role model for other team members
- Provide fast and friendly checkout experience and handle cash according to standards
- Engage customers in rewards program and credit card enrollments
- Assist with Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship from Store (SFS)
- Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes
- Support shrink and safety programs
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies to ensure compliance
