Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred
- ability to work in a physically demanding environment

Job Duties
- Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards
- deliver friendly customer service and assist customers with shopping
- collect and dispose of trash following approved procedures
- dust and damp mop floors per guidelines
- deep clean key store areas including bathrooms and entryways
- manage cleaning equipment and notify supervisor of supply needs
- perform cash handling and provide fast checkout experience
- promote and enroll customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards
- assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship from Store processes
- participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram tasks
- support shrink and safety programs
- follow Standard Operating Procedures and company policies
- maintain positive interactions with team members and customers
