Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Experience in retail or cleaning preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves
- Ability to follow safety protocols and company SOPs
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized environment
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and early mornings
- Must comply with all federal, state, and local legal job requirements
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment and commercial cleaners safely
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and early mornings
Job Duties
- Collects and disposes of trash following approved procedures
- Dust and damp mop floors following approved procedures
- Moves equipment and products for proper cleaning and places products back correctly
- Cleans assigned areas using assigned materials and equipment
- Deep clean key areas including bathrooms, breakrooms, and entry ways
- Keep cleaning equipment orderly and notify supervisor for supply needs
- Complete tasks assigned by supervisor
- Provide fast and friendly checkout experience
- Engage customers on benefits of rewards and credit cards
- Assist with Omni channel processes including BOPIS and SFS
- Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes
- Support shrink and safety programs
- Adhere to SOPs and company policies
- Maintain positive and respectful interactions with team members and customers
- Project a positive image as a role model for other team members
