Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Experience in retail or cleaning preferred
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves
  • Ability to follow safety protocols and company SOPs
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized environment
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and early mornings
  • Must comply with all federal, state, and local legal job requirements

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior retail or cleaning experience preferred
  • Ability to operate cleaning equipment and commercial cleaners safely
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Customer service orientation
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and early mornings

Job Duties

  • Collects and disposes of trash following approved procedures
  • Dust and damp mop floors following approved procedures
  • Moves equipment and products for proper cleaning and places products back correctly
  • Cleans assigned areas using assigned materials and equipment
  • Deep clean key areas including bathrooms, breakrooms, and entry ways
  • Keep cleaning equipment orderly and notify supervisor for supply needs
  • Complete tasks assigned by supervisor
  • Provide fast and friendly checkout experience
  • Engage customers on benefits of rewards and credit cards
  • Assist with Omni channel processes including BOPIS and SFS
  • Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes
  • Support shrink and safety programs
  • Adhere to SOPs and company policies
  • Maintain positive and respectful interactions with team members and customers
  • Project a positive image as a role model for other team members
