Job Requirements
- Must be at least sixteen years old
- Must satisfy federal, state, and local legal requirements
- Ability to remain standing for long periods
- Ability to move throughout the store
- Must be able to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves
- Ability to bend, reach, stretch, and carry items regularly
- Must follow all federal, state, and company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment and handle cleaning chemicals safely
Job Duties
- Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards
- Deliver friendly customer service and assist customers with shopping
- Collect and dispose of trash following approved procedures
- Dust and damp mop floors according to procedures
- Clean assigned areas using designated materials and equipment
- Deep clean key store areas including bathrooms and breakrooms
- Notify supervisor of supply needs and keep cleaning equipment organized
