Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years or older
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to move throughout the store
- ability to bend, lift, carry, reach and stretch regularly
- ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves by ladder or similar equipment
- ability to perform tasks in accordance with federal, state, and local guidelines
- ability to maintain positive interactions with team members and customers
- ability to follow standard operating procedures
- must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Collects and disposes of trash following approved procedures
- dust and damp mops floors following approved procedures
- moves equipment and products for proper cleaning and places products back in correct placement
- cleans assigned areas with the use of assigned materials and equipment
- deep clean key areas of the store including bathrooms, breakrooms, and entry ways
- keeps cleaning equipment neat and orderly and notifies supervisor of supply needs
- seeks out areas requiring cleaning and takes initiative to complete the task
- completes all tasks assigned by supervisor
- performs tasks in accordance with federal, state and county guidelines
- maintain positive and respectful interactions with team members and customers
- project a positive image and serve as a role model for other team members
- provide a fast and friendly check out experience and execute cash handling
- engage customers on benefits of Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments
- assist with Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship from Store
- participate in truck un-load, stocking, and planogram processes
- support shrink and safety programs
- adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and Company programs
