Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to remain standing for long periods
- Ability to move throughout the store
- Ability to bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch regularly
- Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves using ladders
- Must satisfy all federal, state, and local legal employment requirements
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and early mornings
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting and bending
- Familiarity with basic cleaning equipment and supplies
- Ability to follow safety and operational procedures
Job Duties
- Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards
- Deliver friendly customer service and assist customers
- Collect and dispose of trash following approved procedures
- Dust and damp mop floors following approved procedures
- Deep clean key areas including bathrooms and breakrooms
- Notify supervisor of supply needs and keep cleaning equipment orderly
- Complete all tasks assigned by supervisor in accordance with guidelines
