Job Requirements
- Minimum age 16 years or older

- willingness to comply with company policies and procedures

- Previous retail or cleaning experience preferred
- ability to provide friendly and courteous customer service
- basic math skills for cash handling
- ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines

Job Duties
- Collects and disposes of trash following approved procedures
- dust and damp mop floors following approved procedures
- moves equipment and products for proper cleaning and places products back in correct placement
- cleans assigned areas with the use of assigned materials and equipment
- deep clean key areas of the store including bathrooms, breakrooms, entry ways and other high traffic areas
- keep cleaning equipment neat and orderly and notify supervisor of supply needs
- seek out areas requiring cleaning and take initiative to complete tasks
- complete all tasks assigned by supervisor
- perform tasks according to federal, state and county guidelines
- maintain positive and respectful interactions with team members and customers
- project a positive image and serve as a role model
- provide fast and friendly checkout experience
- execute cash handling to standards
- engage customers on rewards program and private label credit cards and complete enrollments
- assist with omni channel processes including buy online pickup in store and ship from store
- participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes
- support shrink and safety programs
- adhere to standard operating procedures and company policies
- execute company policies and standards
