Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of retail management experience
  • Proven success in sales and merchandising
  • Experience in team recruitment, training, and motivation
  • Availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
  • Ability to stand, walk, and handle merchandise throughout the day
  • Capability to occasionally reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
  • Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds
  • Commitment to an inclusive and accommodating work environment
