Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum three years of retail management experience
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage financial budgets
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule including evenings, holidays, and weekends
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and occasionally lift and move up to 40 pounds

- Proven track record of success in retail leadership roles
- Strong background in retail sales and merchandising

Job Duties
- Oversee the daily operations of the retail store, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for every guest
- Identify innovative strategies to boost sales and achieve financial targets
- Ensure the store is stocked with the right products and communicate inventory needs to the Store Support Center
- Manage payroll and controllable profit within established guidelines to meet financial objectives
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with management and partners, ensuring long-term collaboration and success
- Collaborate with the VP of Store Quality to prioritize and execute short-term and long-term business objectives
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing and diverse team, fostering an inclusive environment that encourages growth and excellence
- Ensure every guest receives outstanding service, contributing to a memorable experience
